Now Hiring: Bicycle Assembly Specialist (Mechanic)

We are looking for someone who treats every bike like their own. Whether it’s a high-performance carbon road bike, a rugged MTB, or a daily commuter, you are the person who ensures it leaves the shop in flawless condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professional Assembly: Build new bikes from the box to the showroom floor across various categories (Road, MTB, E-bikes, etc.).

• Precision Tuning: Expertly adjust derailleurs, brake systems (including hydraulic bleeds), and cockpit ergonomics.

• Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous safety checks and test rides to ensure 100% reliability.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex mechanical issues during the assembly process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in bicycle mechanics. You should be comfortable with torque wrenches, bottom bracket standards, and internal cable routing.

• Detail Oriented: You notice the small things—a slightly misaligned cable housing or a minor wheel wobble doesn’t get past you.

• Problem Solver: You have a “can-do” attitude when faced with tricky builds or unique component pairings.
