We’re hiring for our workshop in Lampung — hands-on roles building and shipping bikes.
Last updated: August 29, 2026Bikeradars Store runs a hands-on workshop in Tanjungkarang Timur, Lampung, where every bike we sell gets built, checked, and packed before it ships — around Indonesia and internationally. See our About Us page for more on who we are. We’re currently hiring for two roles in that workshop.
Open positions
Bike Assembly Technician
Build and prep every bike that leaves our workshop, from unboxed components to a safety-checked, ready-to-ship bike.
What you’ll do
- Assemble bikes from their shipped components, following manufacturer specifications
- Adjust gears and brakes, true wheels, and torque bolts to spec
- Run a full safety check on every bike before it’s handed off for packaging
- Flag anything that doesn’t meet our standard before it ships — see our Free Bike Assembly page for what customers are promised
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on mechanical experience — a bicycle mechanic background is preferred, but strong general mechanical aptitude will be considered
- Comfortable using hand tools and torque wrenches
- Careful and methodical — someone who works through a checklist without skipping steps
Packaging & Fulfillment Staff
Get every order boxed, labeled, and out the door in the same condition it left the workbench.
What you’ll do
- Box bikes and parts securely for both domestic and international shipping
- Apply shipping labels and paperwork correctly for each destination
- Do a final check on every package before it goes to the courier
- Keep packaging supplies stocked and organized
What we’re looking for
- Careful, detail-oriented work — a box packed wrong can mean a damaged bike
- Able to lift and handle bike boxes; this is physical work
- Organized, and comfortable tracking multiple orders at once
